The carpet design is shaped by your own vision. The carpet can be manufactured in any color combination with text, logo, photograph, or custom graphics.

We process every order during working days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed on the following working days.

Processing your order includes

• creating a graphic design according to your vision
• performing any necessary additional graphic adjustments to your satisfaction
• sending the graphic design for your final review and approval
• after graphic approval, scheduling the order for production
• shipping the manufactured carpet or mat via courier to your specified delivery address

PRODUCTION OPTIONS:

• standard width of 2 m and custom length up to 25 m
• various dimensions can be manufactured from 2 m width according to requirements
• carpets for entire rooms are manufactured from multiple 2 m wide pieces, installed using classic installation - this type of carpet cannot be ordered through the e-shop - contact us, we'll be happy to advise you

• sharp inner angles not possible
• cutouts in the middle of the carpet not possible
• with bound finishing, carpet design must be placed 1 cm from the edge
• minimum order: 2 m²

GRAPHIC REQUIREMENTS:

• photographic production possible
• vector graphics
• image .tiff, .png or .jpg in highest possible resolution
• during production, minimum line width of 6-7 mm must be maintained so text and graphics don't get lost in carpet pile; smallest readable letter size is 2.5x2.5 cm
• dark backgrounds with white text and graphics require greater minimum widths, as the base material is white and is printed throughout the pile length

DIMENSION TOLERANCE:

• dimension tolerance ±2%, therefore production to 1 cm precision is not possible
