GD970 Essenza – mat with custom printing for hotels, shops and offices, 6 mm pile, PVC-free, no edging

The design of the mat follows your own idea – we will manufacture it in any color combination with text, logo, photograph or graphics in photorealistic quality. Graphic design is FREE and the price has no limit on the number of colours used.

Order procedure

1. Select the size – for the Custom size option, enter the area in m² as the quantity and write the exact dimensions in the "Production note" field.
2. In the "Select attachment" field, upload an image for production – preferably a vector logo in PDF format or an image in high resolution.
3. In the "Production note" field, write the colors of the background, logo and graphics and describe how the mat should look.
4. After receiving your order, we will prepare a graphic design and send it to you for review and approval.
5. We will start manufacturing the mat only after your final approval and send the finished mat by courier to your address.

We process orders and graphic designs on working days from 8:00 to 17:00. Orders received over weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Why GD970 Essenza

GD970 Essenza is a custom printed mat with the highest absorbency in our range – 2.53 l/m². Dense straight pile weighing 970 g/m² will keep the floor dry and clean even in high-traffic areas.

Production time

• up to 50 m²: 10–12 working days
• over 50 m²: 4–5 weeks

Graphic materials and colors

• photograph, vector graphics (PDF) or TIFF, PNG or JPG image in the highest possible resolution
• lines and gaps must be at least 3–5 mm depending on pile height (the higher the pile, the wider the line), the smallest readable letter is 2.5 × 2.5 cm – we will adjust the graphics for you free of charge when ordering
• for white text on a dark background, the lines must be even wider – the base material is white and the surrounding color spreads slightly into unprinted areas
• colors according to RGB, Pantone C or our standard palette, color tolerance ±5 %

Maintenance

• vacuum regularly
• you can wash the mat in a washing machine at up to 30 °C on a gentle cycle, without fabric softener (reduces fiber absorbency)
• do not dry in a dryer – let it dry flat away from direct sunlight
• after unpacking, let it lie on a flat surface for a few hours to settle
