It is possible to produce the dimensions listed in the table from a 2-meter width. These formats are the most cost-effective, but the production of other lengths, widths or shapes is possible – do not hesitate to contact us.
The table shows the minimum quantity of individual dimensions for the order. The price is valid when ordering the same design and dimension.

Processing your order

We process every order on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Processing your order means

• advice and consultation
• creation of a graphic design according to your ideas and supplied materials
• possible subsequent execution of further necessary graphic adjustments to your satisfaction
• sending the graphic design for your final review and approval
• after approving the graphics, placing the order into production
• the finished carpet or mat is sent by courier to the delivery address you provided

Manufacturing options

• standard 2 m width and any length up to 25 m
• 2 m width from which any dimensions and shapes can be made as needed
• custom dimensions
• production of special shapes
• production with rounded corners
• sharp internal angles are not possible
• cutouts in the center of the carpet are not possible
• when finishing with hemming, the carpet design must be placed 1 cm from the edge of the carpet
• minimum order is 2 m²

Graphic files

• photographic production is possible
• vector graphics
• image in .tiff, .png or .jpg format at the highest possible resolution
• during production, a minimum line width of 6–7 mm must be maintained so that text and graphics are not lost in the pile of the mat/carpet; the smallest legible letter size is 3 x 3 cm
• when there is a large amount of text, it is necessary to choose a simple font and a material quality with a low pile
• if a dark background is used with white text and graphics, the minimum width requirements are even greater – since the base material is white, it is suppressed across the entire area; where no colour is applied, the background colour spreads more in those areas

Dimensional tolerance

• dimensional tolerance ±3%; for this reason, production to an exact 1 cm is not possible
• if the carpet will be placed in a cut-out in the floor or fitted from wall to wall, it is necessary to make the carpet/mat 5% larger and trim it to fit on site
• the material is cut pile embedded in backing rubber; it does not fray after cutting
• the cut can be made with a sharp utility knife or carpet knife
