Is Production of Various Shapes Possible
Yes, we manufacture mats with logos or custom designs in circular, oval, and various custom shapes.
What Colors Can I Choose?
Mats are manufactured according to standard color palettes, as well as in photographic quality.
The base color of mats is white and it is printed across the entire length, width, and height of the pile.
You can find the selection of standard colors for individual products.
When creating graphics, it is necessary to maintain sufficient color contrast between individual shades so that patterns, texts, or logos don't get lost in the mat pile.
What Size Can I Order?
Mats are manufactured in standard sizes as well as in custom sizes.
MOST COMMONLY USED STANDARD SIZES
60cm; 75 cm ; 85cm; 115 cm ; 150cm; 200 cm; - these can be combined with each other, or you can choose any length with them
- minimum mat width: 40 cm
- maximum standard mat width: 200 cm
- maximum length of standard mats: 7 m
- non-standard maximum dimensions of mats with rubber edge: 240x550 cm or 200x1000 cm
- the total dimension includes the rubber edge, the standard dimension without the rubber edge is 3-4 cm smaller
- we recommend keeping the rubber edges, as they form a safe stepping zone, the material adheres better to the floor and has a longer lifespan.
Placement Freely on the Floor:
- If you have enough space, we recommend choosing one of the standard sizes
- After unpacking, simply unroll the mat; the rubber backing ensures it adheres nicely to the floor.
- The mats have an anti-slip base, so fixation is not necessary.
- The total dimension includes the rubber edge; the standard dimension without the rubber edge is 3-4 cm smaller.
- We recommend keeping the rubber edges, as they form a safe stepping zone, the material adheres better to the floor and has a longer lifespan.
- We would like to point out that mats have a dimension tolerance of ± 2-3% from production, which is why production to 1 cm precision is not possible.

How are mats manufactured?
Mats are manufactured from scratch, from weaving the basic pile to applying the rubber backing.
- the basic color of the mat pile is white
- the pile is then fully printed across its entire length according to the graphically developed design
- in the final phase of production, color fixation takes place, which guarantees 100% color fastness
- for mats finished with a rubber border, an additional layer of backing rubber is applied at high temperatures in the final phase of production, forming a 1-2.5 cm rubber edge
