The dimensions listed in the table can be produced from the 2-metre width. These formats offer the best value for money, however, production in other lengths, widths or shapes is possible – do not hesitate to contact us.

Processing of your order

We process every order on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders received during weekends and public holidays are processed on the following working day.

Processing of your order includes

• advice and consultation
• creation of a graphic design according to your ideas and the materials you supply
• any subsequent further graphic adjustments required to your satisfaction
• sending the graphic design for your final check and approval
• once the graphics are approved, releasing the order into production
• we ship the finished carpet or mat by courier to the delivery address you provide

Production options

• standard 2 m width and any length up to 25 m
• 2 m width, from which any dimensions and shapes can be produced as required
• made-to-measure dimensions
• production of special shapes
• production with rounded corners
• sharp internal angles are not possible
• cut-outs in the middle of the carpet are not possible
• the minimum order quantity is 2 m²

Artwork requirements

• photorealistic production possible
• vector graphics
• .tiff, .png or .jpg image in the highest possible resolution
• a minimum line width of 6–7 mm must be observed in production so that text and graphics are not lost in the pile of the mat/carpet
• the smallest legible letter size is 3 x 3 cm
• for large amounts of text, a simple font and a low-pile material quality must be chosen

Dimensional tolerance

• dimensional tolerance ±3 %, for this reason production to the exact centimetre is not possible
• if the carpet is to be placed in a floor well or fitted wall to wall, the carpet/mat must be produced 5 % larger
• the material is cut pile embedded in the rubber backing; it does not fray after cutting
• cutting can be carried out with a sharp snap-off blade knife or carpet knife
