information on how ordering works
The design of the carpet is shaped by your own imagination – we will make it in any color combination with text, logo or graphic. Graphic design is FREE and the price is without any limit on the number of colors used.
Order procedure
- When ordering, upload the image for production – preferably a logo in vector format in PDF or an image in high resolution.
- Write to us the colors of the background, logo and graphics – you can select them from the standard color samples in the product images.
- After receiving the order, we will create a graphic design and send it to you for review and approval.
- Carpets are put into production only after your final approval.

- Tolerance: ±3 % – manufacturing to 1 cm precision is not possible
- For floor recesses or wall-to-wall: order the carpet 5% larger in width and length
- Order: calculate the area a × b in m², enter it as quantity; upload the design in the "Select attachment" step and write requirements in the "Manufacturing requirements" note
