GD1200 Frisée – heavy duty carpet with custom printing for shops, pile 7 mm, width 2 m

The design of the carpet is created according to your own idea – we will manufacture it in any color combination with text, logo, photograph or graphics in photorealistic quality. Graphic design is FREE and the price has no limit on the number of colors used.

How to order – price quote

We manufacture the carpet exactly to size, so we will prepare the price for you on request. The price is calculated from the full 2 m roll width. The minimum order is 2 m².

1. Send us an inquiry – specify the dimensions (width × length), number of pieces and your manufacturing requirements.
2. Attach an image for production to your inquiry – preferably a vector logo in PDF format or an image in high resolution.
3. We will send you a price quote and a graphic design for review and approval.
4. We will schedule the carpet for production only after your final approval and will send the finished carpet by courier to your address.

We process inquiries and graphic designs on working days from 8:00 to 17:00. Inquiries received over weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Why GD1200 Frisée

GD1200 Frisée is the most durable custom printed carpet we manufacture from a width of 2 m. Dense frisé pile with a height of 7 mm is designed for commercial spaces with high public traffic and can withstand daily movement of castor chairs.

Dimensions and manufacturing options

• roll width 2 m, length up to 25 m – we can manufacture any size from this width
• special shapes and rounded corners are possible; sharp interior angles and cutouts in the middle of the carpet cannot be manufactured
• dimension tolerance ±3 %, therefore it is not possible to produce to the exact centimeter
• wall-to-wall carpet for a whole room is made from several strips and laid conventionally – contact us and we will be happy to advise you

Production time

• standard production: 14 business days
• express production: 7–8 working days for an additional fee

Graphic materials and colors

• photograph, vector graphics (PDF) or TIFF, PNG or JPG image in the highest possible resolution
• lines and gaps must be at least 3–5 mm depending on pile height (the higher the pile, the wider the line), the smallest readable letter is 2.5 × 2.5 cm – we will adjust the graphics for you free of charge when ordering
• for white text on a dark background, the lines must be even wider – the base material is white and the surrounding color spreads slightly into unprinted areas
• colors according to RGB, Pantone C or our standard palette, color tolerance ±5 %

Edge finishing

The material does not fray, so the carpet can remain finished with a cut edge. Binding is not included in the carpet price – you can order it as a separate item Carpet binding. When binding, the design must be placed at least 1 cm from the edge.

Maintenance

• vacuum regularly, preferably with a brush vacuum cleaner
• remove fresh stains with a dry cotton cloth
• deep cleaning should be done using the spray-extraction method (hot water extraction)
