ORDER PROCESS:

1. When placing an order, upload the image you wish to use for carpet production, preferably a logo in vector .pdf format or a high-quality image
2. Specify the colors of the background, logo, and graphics
3. After receiving your order, we will prepare a graphic design draft
4. The prepared design will be sent to you for review and approval
5. The carpets will be put into production only after your final approval

Each order is processed during business days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Orders received during weekends and holidays are processed on the next working day.

• sending the final graphic design for your review and approval
• after approval, the order is moved to production
• the finished carpet or mat is shipped by courier to your specified delivery address

• sharp inner angles are not possible
• cut-outs in the middle of the carpet are not possible

GRAPHIC FILE REQUIREMENTS:

• photo-based production possible
• vector graphics
• .tiff, .png, or .jpg image in the highest possible resolution
• during production, a minimum line width of 3–5 mm must be maintained to ensure that text and graphics remain visible within the carpet pile; the smallest readable letter size is 2.5 × 2.5 cm. If the carpet includes a lot of text, a simple font and a low-pile material should be used.
• if a dark background is used and the text and graphics remain white, the minimum line width requirements are even stricter, as the base material is white and the color printing spreads more in areas without pigment
