GD500 Gloria – custom printed carpet for the hallway and home, 6 mm pile, PVC-free, no edging

The design of the carpet is created according to your own idea – we will manufacture it in any color combination with text, logo, photograph or graphics in photorealistic quality. Graphic design is FREE and the price has no limit on the number of colors used.

Order procedure

1. Select the size – for the Custom size option, enter the area in m² as the quantity and write the exact dimensions in the "Production note" field.
2. In the "Select attachment" field, upload an image for production – preferably a vector logo in PDF format or an image in high resolution.
3. In the "Production note" field, write the colors of the background, logo and graphics and describe how the carpet should look.
4. After receiving your order, we will prepare a graphic design and send it to you for review and approval.
5. We will schedule the carpet for production only after your final approval and will send the finished carpet by courier to your address.

We process orders and graphic designs on working days from 8:00 to 17:00. Orders received over weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Why GD500 Gloria

GD500 Gloria is a durable custom printed carpet for the entrance and home. The curly frisé pile traps dirt and moisture and the dense structure resists wear. The non-slip TPE backing is 100% PVC-free.

Note: curly pile softens the sharpness of the print. For fine graphics and small text, we recommend GD400 Zamat or GD500 Satin.

Production time

• up to 50 m²: 10–12 working days

Graphic materials and colors

• photograph, vector graphics (PDF) or TIFF, PNG or JPG image in the highest possible resolution
• lines and gaps must be at least 3–5 mm depending on pile height (the higher the pile, the wider the line), the smallest readable letter is 2.5 × 2.5 cm – we will adjust the graphics for you free of charge when ordering
• for white text on a dark background, the lines must be even wider – the base material is white and the surrounding color spreads slightly into unprinted areas
• colors according to RGB, Pantone C or our standard palette, color tolerance ±5 %

Maintenance

• vacuum regularly
• you can wash the carpet in a washing machine up to 30 °C on a gentle cycle, without fabric softener (reduces fiber absorbency)
• do not tumble dry – let it dry flat away from direct sunlight
• after unpacking, let it lie on a flat surface for a few hours to settle
